As life-long residents of the Texas Gulf Coast, Sullivan Land Services (SLS) has specific knowledge of recovering from a natural disaster. SLS is a FEMA-approved contractor who understands the need for residents to return to their homes as quickly as possible following a storm event.

SLS recently completed two Temporary Housing Unit (THU) Community Sites in Galveston and High Island, Texas following Hurricane Ike. Both community sites were constructed and completed – simultaneously – in 28 days. This required critical planning and execution of all elements required in developing a new community within a limited time period. In addition, Sullivan Land Services has specific experience as a FEMA Maintenance and Deactivation Contractor (MDC) which requires long-term routine and emergency maintenance for any THU placed by FEMA following a natural disaster. Sullivan Land Services has proven experience as a reputable service provider in the public and private sector.
