Hurricane Ike devastated the greatest natural resource of the Upper Texas Gulf Coast – the beaches and dune system. Sullivan Land Services has the expertise to evaluate soil quality and stability and design efficient and effective methods for replenishing and renourishing the nation’s shorelines following storm events.

Recent Projects

• City of Galveston / Galveston County Sand Reclamation Project
  (insert pic) Reclaimed sand washed up on City and County rights-of-way following Hurricane Ike. This project also included screening and cleaning of the sand prior to placing it back on the Texas Beaches. This project was a federal project, reimbursed by FEMA, involving SLS’ knowledge of working with Federal Agencies.
